Cleanse Preparation

Depending upon your eating habits and lifestyle, recommendations for the appropriate length of time for your pre-cleanse vary between 1 – 7 Days. Preparation allows your body to slowly ease itself into cleansing, to maximize the benefits.

Starting a few days before the cleanse:
• Do your best to avoid processed foods and eliminate as much meat, dairy, soy, wheat and sugar from your diet as possible.
• Slowly remove caffeine and other stimulants, such as coffee, from your diet to reduce the chances of headaches.
• It is best to eat only raw and fresh fruits and vegetables just prior to cleansing.



Throughout the day, you will consume a drink every 2 hours, or 1 cup of juice approximately every hour. Consume a wellness shot in between drinks if needed.

Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day to further support the flushing of your system. If possible, drink one cup of water every 30 minute, avoiding alcohol and caffeine.

Please make sure to refrigerate drinks as soon as possible. Juices are freshly made, packed with nutrients, and do not contain preservatives, so they must be kept refrigerated.


IF at the end of the day you are hungry. Have a small portion of lean, grilled or baked protein, with raw or steamed vegetables.
